La Certaldina holiday apartments are situated in the heart of Tuscany, not far from Florence and Siena, eight independents apartments with their own gardens have been realised in an ancient villa surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside. La Certaldina, with its swimming pool immersed in the olive groves, is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday whilst being able to explore the artistic beauty of Tuscany. In fact the strategic position of ‘La Certaldina ’ means Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and San Gimignano are easily reached by car in between 20 and 50 minutes.
The Villa and the Barn are connected by a veranda the ‘Limonaia’ and a beautiful terrace with views across the Chianti countryside.
The ‘Limonaia’ is available for use by all our guests and includes a welcoming large fireplace, a relaxing area, a large table, stereo, and a small library where you can find books and Tuscan guide books.
You will be welcomed by Alba who is always ready to help and give you all the information you need in order to for you to have an enjoyable, and relaxing holiday.
With its small children’s park ‘The Villa’ is also suitable for families with small children, ping pong, swings and shuts are available for their enjoyment.
The swimming pool (14x7) has sunbeds, tables and umbrellas. It is positioned in a place where you can enjoy the view all the way to the towers of San Gimignano on one side and the Chianti hills with vineyards on the other.
The Tuscan Villa is also the perfect place to rent exclusively for weddings, to celebrate anniversaries or birthdays or simply to enjoy a wonderful holiday with all the family.
